….is, that it’s one of those powerful states of being that can completely transform your life…and it’s also deeply human to not always be fully in it, and feeling it!

So if you’re ‘not feeling it’, despite it being the Thanksgiving Day in the US today, don’t worry, I’ll show you how you can get there, no matter where you’re starting from.

Just over four years ago

I wasn’t exactly waking up with a song on my lips, and gratitude in my heart, either. It was more like panic over how I was going to pay my bills, and blaming myself for being such a failure.

And then something changed…

I began hearing internal whispers, encouraging me to start feeling grateful for what was already in my life. At first I couldn’t think of a darn thing, with all the chaotic negativity swirling around in there. Then the image of my beautiful son appeared, and in an instant my heart flooded with love and gratitude.

I then put my hands over my heart and felt its steady beat…that too filled me with profound gratitude for just being alive, and for having this rich human experience, with all its ups and downs. “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.” ~ Lao-tzu  That was my first step.

If you’ve been on my list for a while, you know that I’m a big proponent of energy: the energy of successenergy behind everything you do, hence the title of “The Energy Behind the Strategy”.

You could have the best strategy in the world, but if you’re not energetically aligned with what you’re offering, nobody will take you up on it. It’s a lesson I’ve had to learn the hard way, and am still learning to some degree. That’s how I know that what I’m about to tell you is true, and when I slip momentarily…I get reminded right away.

Today, I wanted to offer you the 5 essential business strategies that you absolutely need to have in place to really rock your business…AND the “right” energy behind them.

#1 – Your Energy Towards Money

Most of us harbour some negative beliefs about money, whether we’re fully conscious of it or not. I had tons of them before I got coaching on it, and then became a money coach. Now I coach my clients on how to get behind the beliefs and change them, so that they can go about expanding their business with ease. And it’s not only about business. Your energy towards money affects your whole life. In a nutshell, it’s a reflection of how you see and value yourself….that’s right, it goes that deep!

So for most people, it doesn’t work to just set out awesome money goals, and the money will start flowing in as soon they take certain actions. Being energetically aligned with your money is where it’s at, baby!

#2 – The Energy Behind Your Enrollment Conversations

Most businesses rely on some type of conversation to enroll their clients. Mastering this conversation is probably one of the fastest routes to success. However, learning what to say and how to say it, is only a part of it. That’s right, you’ve guessed it….the energy behind what you say, and how energetically in alignment you are with what you’re offering actually determines the results.  It works on everybody, whether your potential client is aware of it or not. They’re either attracted to what you’re saying, or repelled by it. Of course, there are additional factors, outside of your control, but mastering your energy is within your power.

#3 – Your Energy While Creating Programs and Services

As solo entrepreneurs, most of us are extremely busy most of the time, probably in overwhelm at least part of the time. There is always so much to do, and so little time, right? Yes…AND…constant action is not all that it’s cracked up to be! Some may disagree, and that’s OK. This is my experience, and what I’m about to tell you works well for me and my clients, so it might work for you, as well.

Two things: first, do you have an overall vision for your business, another words, do you know what you want it to look like in a year, two years…five years from now? Why is this important? Because, before you go and create another program, spend a whole bunch of time and energy doing it, you should know if it fits in within your overall vision. The second thing is, are you energetically aligned with what you’re creating? Does it make you feel happy when you think of offering it to your clients?

If you’ve answered ‘yes’ to both of these questions…go and create. Otherwise, take another look, with those questions in mind, and see if it’s really going to serve your business in the long run. Knowing this could save you a lot of time, energy, and potential heartache.

#4 –Clear Energy Around Your Boundaries

Setting clear boundaries in your business and life is really essential. It’s not always easy or automatic, and it is more challenging for some than it is for others. Having said that, being fully aligned with the boundaries that you have set for yourself makes a huge difference in how you are perceived by others. Have you ever experienced someone saying ‘yes’ to something, and yet you knew that they weren’t fully behind their ‘yes’? I’m sure most of us have. I call those ‘prickly’ boundaries, because people on the receiving end feel poked and prickled by the person’s uneven energy. So the goal is to do enough inner work, to be able to clearly state your desires, or reply to another person’s request, and be 100% OK with that.

At first glance, you might wonder why setting clear boundaries is even here, among business strategies, but believe me, without that, running your business is going to be a constant struggle.

#5 – Keeping Your Fears and Doubts in Check

We all have them: fears and doubts. Sometimes they’re more present, sometimes they subside, depending on where we are in our business at any particular moment. I definitely have them, and they get particularly pesky and annoying when I’m about to step up a lot bigger in my business, or do something I’ve never done before. Can you relate? I’m even going to go as far as to say that if you’re not feeling fear and doubt, you’re not playing big enough!

Having said that, you need to learn how to manage these feelings, because if you’re in the middle of a panic attack because you don’t have enough money to pay your bills, no amount of strategy is going to help you, because people will feel your energy, and not be attracted to buy from you.

So what is the answer? I’d say, play as big as you’re called to play, keep stepping outside your comfort zone, and at the same time learn to manage and release your gremlins, so you can show up for your clients fully in your power. Does that make sense?

Over the years, I’ve developed a really effective technique that I’ve been using for myself, and all my clients. If you are one of my clients, you’d know it simply as the “3 Step Energy Release Technique”. However, recently I’ve re-branded it, so now it has the spiffy name of “Instant Core Connection™”. I love this new name, as it really reflects what it does.

I just wanted to jump in and give you a few of my best tips on getting new clients now. It is
summer, and a lot of people are slowing down and relaxing…and you should too. On the other hand, if your cash flow is not taken care of, it’s hard to relax, knowing that your rent is coming up and there is no money! Been there, done that, and don’t want you to suffer.

So, I just ask that you be open to these tips, and not discard any possibility right off the bat. It really is worth trying some of these methods, as they are tried and true. Go into it with good energy, be in service, and go for it!

Tip #1: Create easy VIP Intensives

Creating really hot 5 or 6 hour VIP Intensives, either live or virtual, is the fastest and easiest way I know of to enroll new clients! Most of your clients are probably very busy professional people, and they don’t have a lot of free time. Learning in this kind of format is very fast and effective, and busy professionals are willing to pay good money to be taken through this process.

Tip #2: Offer a new service to an existing client

If your client is at the end of their current program, offer them a way to continue with you. This is a great way to be completely in service, and at the same time ensure a continual flow of clients. If they’ve been in a group program, perhaps they’re ready to work 1:1 with you, or upgrade to your Diamond Program. Offering them one of your VIP Intensives is always a good idea, for reasons I already mentioned, even if they’ve already taken one of your VIP Day Intensives. They’re now in a different place, and need your help on a different level.

Tip #3: Ask your clients for referrals

This is always a great idea. To make it easy for them, you could even write the email copy you want them to send. The point of the email is to invite the reader to a Discovery Session with you. Keep it brief and friendly, but also juicy enough, so that they understand the benefit of potentially working with you. Then ask your client to email it to a minimum of 5 people they know would be a great fit working with you.

Tip #4: Host an informal in-person event

You could invite local people you know, who could be your ideal clients, your past clients, or by placing strategic ads in the local papers, or bulletin boards. This doesn’t have to be a big deal, ask some friends to bring their friends. Spending a couple of hours with you in person is gold, and is easy to show people how you can help them solve a specific problem. Make the title of the gathering specific to solving one problem that you know your potential clients have, that you’re an expert in.

Tip #5: Offer a complimentary Discovery Session with a sale of a product

Dust off or create a simple product, and offer it at a sale price for limited time. As a limited time bonus, offer a complementary Discovery Session with you. These Discovery Sessions can easily turn into clients.

To become successful in my business, I’ve had to master the art of enrollment conversations. It didn’t happen overnight, believe me. This is where sticking to it, and practicing comes in really handy!

Enrollment conversations, discovery sessions, strategy sessions, or whatever you decide to call them in your business, are a backbone of any coaching or consulting based business. At the same time, very few people are born with the skills to conduct them successfully. In fact, most of us have some degree of resistance to having them, not wanting to appear ‘salesy’, or being afraid of rejection when the answer is ‘no’ .

These fears and objections can appear very real, and keep you stuck. The fact is that for your ‘potential clients’ to become your actual ‘clients’, you need to be able to successfully enroll them, or ‘convert’ them. The higher your conversion rate, the more successful your business can be.

As obvious as all this sounds, many small business owners consider successful enrollment to be their ‘Achilles’ Heel’, and continue to avoid it, while their business, their dreams, and their income suffer.

I wanted to share with you here, what I consider the four pillars of successful enrollment conversations. They are, by no means, an exhaustive list, but practicing them will definitely help you be more successful in getting more clients.

#1 Pillar: the energy you bring to the call, can pre-determine the outcome!

All human beings are equipped with an antennae or a radar, to be able to detect the energy of another being. Whether we are aware of it or not, we somehow know when the other person is angry, or sad, or happy. The purpose of it originally might have been to assure our survival, so that we could detect whether another cave person was about to clobber us or not. Jokes aside, your potential client knows exactly what mood you’re in. So the best thing to do before your enrolment conversation, is to have a little energy clearing ceremony. It could be as simple as taking a few cleansing breaths, getting present, and envisioning a positive outcome. You see the image above ‘I love my clients’? Well, make it ‘I love my potential clients’, and you’re in business!

#2 Pillar: practice passionate detachment!

This is just as important. What exactly does ‘passionate detachment’ mean? It means that you’re passionate about what you do, and about being of service to your potential client, but you’re not attached to the outcome of this particular conversation (no matter how much you need the money now!). It’s not an easy thing to do, especially if you really need the money, but it can be achieved with practice. Again, people can sense the energy of desperation, and it is a repellant, not an attractor!

#3 Pillar: provide value!

Make sure you provide value in your enrollment conversations, regardless of the outcome. You want to make sure that the person walks away with something useful they learn from it, that they can apply in their life or business right away. I’m not talking about giving away the proverbial farm here, or going into all kinds of coaching, but make sure you give something, before you ask to receive. It makes perfect sense here, like it does in other areas of your life. After all, it’s all about creating trust and relationships. Even if it’s a ‘no’ for now, it doesn’t mean it’s a ‘no’ forever.

#4 Pillar: be of service first!

Your overall mindset makes a huge difference to the outcome of these conversations. Be clear of the service you provide to others. The more you are connected to the mission and the purpose of your business, the easier it is to genuinely care about your clients’ results, in this case, your potential client’s results. Just like people can sense the overall energy you bring to the call, they can also sense your level of sincerity. You only appear ‘salesy’, when you care more about the money you’ll receive, than the service you’ll provide!

Money as Your Spiritual Tool – Motivate, Create, Circulate!

I have a confession to make:

I’m not highly motivated by money itself!

At first glance it might seem ironic, or even wrong, since a big chunk of my work is helping people dissolve their money blocks, so that they can build their successful businesses and lives! Is this a contradiction? Am I a fake? Am I swimming up my own stream…against the current of my deep purpose and desire?

These questions occurred to me the other day, so I thought they deserved a closer look, not just for my own peace of mind, but as a wider issue. Because I bet you quite a few of you are nodding your heads at this point, going “Yup, totally, I’m the same way”.

Upon further examination, I’ve decided that no, I’m not a fake (phewww!), and that in fact it makes perfect sense that I coach people to move beyond the conventional perception of money (especially when it’s perceived as evil), and into the more true perception of it, where it is a means of exchange of human energy. The more of it we create in our lives, the more we let it move through us and circulate it, the more good we can create in the world!

I remember when I first got this concept that money really was an integral part of my normal, creative human existence, I found it extremely liberating. I didn’t have to think of money as being ‘bad’ or ‘evil’ any more…what a relief.

Then I realized that I still needed a broader vision, to be actually motivated to create wealth in my life, not just to get by, and not to live in constant fear of not having enough.

Looking at it through these three phases really helped me see that broader picture, and I hope that it’s going to help you too.

Motivate: this is the first phase, where you need to dig deep, and find the motivation for creating abundance and wealth in your life. It’s actually all about motivating yourself, if you are like me, and not naturally driven by money. Here’s where your compelling and indulgent ‘why’ comes in, where you need to find those deep desires in your heart of what you want your life to look like.

For example, doing my work anywhere in the world, being in the sunshine, and smelling beautiful roses, like the one above, is highly motivating for me. What turns your crank?

What do you want to be doing, where do you want to live, who do you want to spend your time with, what do you need money for? It really all boils down to this one question: what are those super important things in your life that you need money to accomplish? Once you have that, then you can add the more selfless motives, like giving back to your favorite charities and organizations, helping others through your work…saving the world…you know what I mean.

Create: the second phase is all about the creation of wealth and money. That’s where you learn all about the nuts and bolts of growing your business, where you hire a mentor to help you put those into practice. It’s where you learn about fine-tuning your mindset and taming your gremlins. It’s where you go and slay your dragons, go onto your hero’s journey, and come home a changed person…metaphorically speaking, of course. Seriously though, this is what it takes to succeed…this is your spiritual path…and that’s why you need that super strong motivation to get you through it.

Circulate: so now you’re ready to circulate the money, because after all, that’s the essence of money, and that’s the reason you’ve worked for it with such dedication. This is where it becomes clear to you that this money doesn’t really belong to you (I mean, technically it ‘belongs’ to you). Money doesn’t really belong to anybody. It came from other people to you (or to be more precise, through other people), and now it is going to go to other people (or through other people)…and so on, and so forth. You get the picture. So as you can see, this is not some highfalutin spiritual concept, it is actually what happens to money.

Before money became the means of exchange between humans, it used to be chickens, or grain, or other goods. If you think about it in those terms, you can see how detrimental it would be to yourself, your family, and humanity at large, if you blocked the flow of those goods to yourself. Soon you and your family would perish, and if everybody did that, pretty soon the human race would cease to exist. Sounds ridiculous, doesn’t it.

So let’s motivate ourselves, let’s keep generating the money through our creative endeavours, and let’s keep this NEW old world going round!

Are you familiar with the ‘tall poppy syndrome’, the metaphor origins of which can apparently be traced back many centuries?

Basically what it is referring to is the phenomenon, where the most notable, gifted and talented people in any group, or society are

“…attacked, cut down, or criticised because their talents or achievements elevate them above or distinguish them from their peers.”

No wonder most of us are afraid to step out and be different, whether we are familiar with the term ‘tall poppy syndrome’ or not! I have been wrestling with this fear for a while now, have made some strides, and would like to encourage you to do the same.

Because it is also a well-known fact that to be successful in the marketplace, in your business, you must somehow distinguish yourself from others, another words, become the ‘tall poppy’…there doesn’t seem to be an alternative.

And there is more to the subject…there always seems to be. Since I’m writing this article for you, and you are in my tribe, you’re more likely than not motivated by passion and purpose in your business, as well as making money, rather than just by sheer profits. Am I right? If this is the case, than your business is most likely also a part of your spiritual path, and is a vehicle for your personal development, as well as your income source.

What I’m getting at, is that stepping out of your comfort zone, shining your light, and becoming the ‘tall poppy’ is kind of built into the equation, and is not really optional. Not only that, but if you’re not coming from that place of full alignment, something is off energetically, and your potential clients can feel it as well, and they may not want to pay for your services. Would you agree?

So how to embrace your position as a tall poppy with ease and grace?

Here are three tips that will help you to move closer towards it, as they`ve helped me:

Tip #1: Keep taking action in your business, as if the fear of being ‘cut down’ were no longer important to you! This is very crucial, because nothing will happen until you start taking action. You cannot experience what you need to experience, and overcome any fears, until you’re doing something, no matter how small at first. Any action is better than no action. You can read as many books as you like, and attend as many teleseminars as you like, but until you actually take the action yourself, nothing will happen, and nothing will change. I know it might seem really obvious, and it might seem like I’m preaching to the choir, but I don’t think you can hear it too many times.

Tip #2: If you’re scared how other people will judge you, and what they will be saying about you, then know that people will always talk, no matter what, so you might as well just keep doing what you need to be doing! As the lovely Sage Lavine says: “if you don’t have people disliking you, criticizing you, and gossiping about you, then you’re not being brave enough, and not doing enough in your business”. I love that!

Tip #3: If you’re not going to stand tall, and be proud of who you are, then you’re most likely not going to succeed to the extent you’re dreaming of anyway, so you might as well just throw all the caution to the wind, and go for it! When I say ‘throw all caution to the wind’, I don’t mean be reckless, and deliberately offend people, I mean just say and do what your heart and soul dictate….follow your inspiration and your intuition, step out of your comfort zone daily…and you’re going to be fine!

I believe that we should create a Tall Poppy Day“, as a national holiday….anyone with me on that? LOL. In the meantime, go forth, stand tall and proud of who you are, and make a boatload of money in the process (ooops…I almost used the other word).

Let’s face it, most of us will have debt at some point in our lives. As far as I’m concerned, there are two type of debt. One is what I’d call unconscious debt, and the other is….yes you’ve guessed it… conscious debt.

The unconscious debt is when we spend money on a whim, even if we don’t have it, and usually spend it on things that we don’t really need…but we want. The expense is usually unplanned, and we don’t really have a plan of how we’re going to pay it off. Does it ring a bell for you? Believe me, I’ve done it many times in the past. This is what I call ‘bad debt’, and generally not a good idea.

Then there is the conscious debt. That’s the debt we incur thoughtfully, and with a plan to pay it off. The best example of this kind of debt is investing in yourself and your business. Of course, in an ideal world, we would all have a year’s worth of expenses saved up, before we even started our businesses. But in reality, nobody would be in business if we waited to do that! Creating debt to grow your business is a strategy,  and can be a very smart one.

Whether you’ve created some bad debt, or have borrowed money to invest in your business, the important thing is to have a great debt payoff plan, and stick to it.

Here are my best three tips on how to handle debt.

Tip #1: Forgive yourself and those who owe you money.

Really? Yes, really. Because if you don’t, you not only create financial debt, but you also create psychic debt. So take a deep breath, and let it all go. You might need to take two or three breaths…and that’s OK too. Now don’t get me wrong, this doesn’t mean that you’re not going to pay off your debt, or ask for your money back. No, it’s just getting rid of that heavy and stuck energy of un-forgiveness, and allowing things to start flowing again.

Tip #2: Have a great debt payoff plan!

If you want to become debt free, you need to have a great plan to pay it off. It’s easy to go into denial under financial stress, and pretend that the debt doesn’t exist, or that it’ll somehow magically disappear. This ‘strategy’ just simply doesn’t work. You need to put yourself in control of the situation, and see the bigger picture. This will help you whether it’s a personal debt, or a business investment debt. The last thing you want to do is to contract, stop all investments and spending, and shrink in fear. This type of energy sends the wrong message to the Universe, and apart from everything else, is just no fun. There are ways of paying off your debt, while not feeling poor.

Tip #3: Keep investing wisely to create new income.

I want to bring back to your attention these three letters: ROI. Yes ladies and gentlemen, it is all about your return on investment. So spend your money wisely, have a bigger vision, and follow your intuition. When you tune in and trust your own judgement, then you’ll know what to do to create much income in your business through strategic debt. Once you start making more money, direct a portion of that new income toward paying off your debt.

In conclusion, there is such a thing as bad debt, and needs to be avoided. If you are an emotional spender, then you can create a budget for it, so that you don’t have to feel bad every time you buy something you hadn’t planned for. We do need a good dollop of fun and pleasure in our lives.

How Do You Make Your Brand Sizzle?

Let’s talk about branding! Why would you want to? Because your brand is so much more than what you might think, and because your brand is so much more important to your success than you might think!

First of all, I want to dispel some myths about what a brand is, and what it isn’t. When most people think about branding, they think about a logo, or a font, or a tag line. Even though those are all parts of a brand, they are not ‘the brand’.

 Your brand is the PROMISE of an EXPERIENCE.

Just let that soak in for a moment.

OK, so that sounds great, but how do we figure out what promises we want to make to our potential clients, and what experiences we want them to have? We want our brand to have a huge impact on our potential clients, to dazzle them, to make them feel something. So the question is: how do we go about creating a Sizzling Brand that will make us stand out in the crowded marketplace?

The process is both simple, and not so simple, depending on how willing and open you are to exploring the deeper realms of who you are, and what you bring to the table. Of course, I’m talking about small businesses here, where you are the owner, and the main driving force behind it. I’m sure giant corporations go through similar steps, but each step is a lot more complex.

So let’s dive in a little deeper into the making of a brand. There are three basic questions you need to answer in the process of creating your brand: ‘Who am I?’ ‘What’s REALLY important to me?’ and ‘What am I fantastic at?’

#1 Who am I?

Of course we could write a whole book just about this subject, and many have been written. The important part here is that you’re willing to explore this question honestly. It’s about what you bring into your business that nobody else could possibly duplicate. This part is about bringing all of you in. It’s about giving yourself permission to show up fully and authentically. When you’re able to do that, that’s when your brand starts to sizzle!

#2 What’s REALLY important to me?

This question is about those things that are so important to you, that you can’t imagine your life without them, or at least, you can’t imagine a happy life without them. For some people that might be vibrant health and energy, for others it might be living on purpose, or having a loving relationship. Think about what those things are for you, and how they show up in your business. I will say that if your business is in alignment and harmony with who you are, then these values will also be showing up in your business…there is no other way.

#3 What am I fantastic at?

When you finally start your dream business, it is usually born out of a deep longing to be doing something that you’re passionate about, and have most probably been practicing most of your life to perfect. Am I right? Well, at least that’s how I feel about my business. The point is, we often are very good at what we do, without really realizing it, because it comes to us very naturally. So often we don’t think of ourselves as experts at what we do…but we are. Once you get clear about what it is you deliver, with ease and mastery, it’ll be much easier to create a sizzling brand!

Alright, there is obviously a lot more to creating a fantastic brand, and this is just a taste of it, so you can get started right away.

The Breakdown before the Breakthrough – what to do when the gremlins strike?

OK, so today I want to talk about the famous ‘breakdown before the breakthrough’ situation.

So this is more or less how it goes: you’re motoring along just fine in your business, things are going well…maybe even great, and you’re feeling proud of yourself, maybe even a little smug…you’ve got it in the bag! And then….all of a sudden, out of the blue, the darkness descends.  we often find ourselves in, especially as entrepreneurs. Do you know what I mean? Before I move on to describing the ‘breakdown’ phase, I really want you to hold on to the ‘breakthrough’ part, because that’s where ultimately we’re going with this.

Things that worked well so far, don’t seem to work any longer. You’re working very hard, but your income isn’t growing, new clients aren’t coming. The panic sets in. “Have I done something wrong? Am I being punished for being too greedy? Maybe it’s not OK, after all, to want to make good money for my gifts? Am I even cut out for this? What made me think I could do it?”…and so on. Sounds at all familiar ladies?

This, of course can happen to anyone, and men are not entirely immune to it, but we ladies are by far the experts in this emotional roller-coaster…I know, I’ve been there a few times lol. I’m being really open here, and if my honestly can help you in any way, than I’m willing to be vulnerable.

Heart and authenticity, by the way, were the two words that popped out at me from my little word game in the last article. Do you remember yours? Check it out here, if you missed it last time.

This form of self-bashing, self-sabotage, the doubt and fear attacks…are what I call gremlin attacks. Have you heard ‘of them gremlins’ before…lol? Yeah, they feel like foreign creatures living inside of you, but they really only are the voice of your subconscious…aaahhh, the famous subconscious lol. So what can you do to survive these attacks, these temporary breakdowns, and get to your BIG BREAKTHROUGH that awaits you, that much faster?

The truth is, more likely than not, this is happening to you, because you’re ready to up-level your business; to go much bigger, and impact many more people. Think of it as shedding the old to make room for the new, like a butterfly coming out of the cocoon, or a snake shedding its skin. You’re becoming the person you need to be, to embrace the new reality. Is it painful? Heck yeah, it can be. Is it worth it? Heck yeah, definitely!!!

So here are a few things I find helpful, while going through the ‘breakdowns’:

SURRENDER and let go of control! Acknowledge what’s happening, relax into it as much as possible….and let go. Have you heard the saying ‘Let go, and let God’? Well, this is it exactly. Nothing new can come in, while you’re desperately trying to hang on to the ‘old’. Create some space energetically for the new inspiration to come.

FORGIVE yourself for not being perfect! Even more than that, acknowledge yourself for everything you’ve accomplished so far. List all your recent accomplishments on a piece of paper, if that’s going to make it more real for you.

BE GRATEFUL for everything you already have in your life, down to the smallest detail! Again, we women especially have a tendency to always look at what’s still missing, or what we haven’t done yet, overlooking what is already there. I’ve read this recently, and I thought it was right on point: “if you’re not happy with what you already have, what makes you think that having more of it, will make you feel any different?” Again, if it helps, write down everything you’re grateful for.

BELIEVE in your services and the value you offer to others! I can’t stress this enough, how important this point is. Especially when you’re in your black hole of fear and doubt, it’s so easy to start doubting your value, and the value you give to others. Here again, making a list of all the benefits and results your clients get when working with you, can help you enormously.

HAVE SOME FUN! Go dancing, have a massage…give yourself some love, and do something you love doing. When we’re in this ‘vortex of transformation’, as I like to call it, when the ‘old’ is disintegrating, and the ‘new’ hasn’t formed yet, our tendency is to push even harder, as in the old ‘no pain, no gain’ saying. So have faith that the new is coming, and it might even come faster if you have some fun in the meantime!
